Skolēnu vasaras brīvlaikā skolēniem ir 3 mēneši brīvā laika, kurus vien daļa izvēlas pavadīt lietderīgi- vasaras darbos, dodoties uz laukiem un tml. Tas ir izaicinājums vecākiem, jo līdztekus nodarbinātībai darbā ir jāplāno, kā nodrošīnāt bērnam un jaunietim- jēgpilnas aktivitātes, kurās tas ir motivēts piedalīties. Digitālajā laikmetā arvien lielāks izaicinājums ir bērnus un jauniešus motivēt doties ārpus telpām, atklāt, apgūt, tīkloties ārpus viedierīcēm un apgūt ko jaunu. Kā arī, ģimenēs ar mazāku rocību nav iespējas bērniem nodrošināt nometnes, kuru izmaksas nereti ir ceļojumu cenas apmērā.
Šis projekts risinās šos izaicinājumus, piedāvājot daudzveidīgas, jēgpilnas aktivitātes jauniešiem mikrorajonos, iepazīstinot jauniešus ar mikrorajonu jaunā gaismā, radot izpratni, kā ikdienā pieejamais resurss- rajona daba var kalpot kā lielisks un interesants brīvā laika pavadīšanas veids. Kā arī projekta ietvaros dalībnieki būs apguvuši veselīga uztura pamatprincipus un labbūtības principus.
Ar dažādām neformālās izglītības metodēm un meistarklasēm un pārgājienu iepazīstināt skolēnus ar vietējo mikrorajonu, piedāvājot daudzveidīgas aktivitātes, veidot izpratni par jēgpilnu brīvā laika pavadīšanas veidiem, dabu kā resursu un motivēt lietderīgai laika pavadīšanai ikdienā. Ar kopīgi gatavotām maltītēm dalībnieki tiks iepazīstināti ar veselīga uztura pamatprincipiem. Kā arī projekta ietvaros dalībnieki būs apguvuši veselīga uztura pamatprincipus un labbūtības principus.

Biedrība Būt Brīvai, kas pārstāv cilvēkus ar ēšanas traucējumiem Latvijā, to intereses. Dibināta ar mērķi palīdzēt cilvēkiem ar ēšanas traucējumiem un to tuviniekiem, izglītot sabiedrību, preventīvi strādāt ar jaunatni, lai mazinātu ēšanas traucējuu riskus Latvijā.
Biedrībā darbojas mentori, kas pieejami bezmaksas, biedrība nodrošina atbalsta grupas, seminārus, lekcijas un individuālu atbalstu. Biedrība darbojas ciešā sadarbībā ar jomas ekspertiem un speciālistiem (terapeiti, psihiatri u.c.) .
